  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email.
  • We accept payments via M-Pesa, debit/credit card, and other methods displayed at checkout.
  • Royal Gene Collection is not liable for payment failures caused by issues with your bank or mobile money provider.
  • All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver within Kenya and select East African countries. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Express delivery: 1–2 business days (where available).
  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items in original, unused condition.

  • Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after inspection of the returned item.
  • Customised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
